I just want to try out a business I stumbled over, those quick money Ponzi schemes seem to be a huge business, can I register a Seychelles offshore company for this and just discard it once the business has been tested?

It is a huge growing "business" on the Internet as I personally‍ see it. I'm not aware of why it is possible to host and create such⁠ business and not get caught.
