Can I send money abroad from my Bank Account through Paypal

My Paypal Account is unverified.I have no credit card.But my Paypal Account is linked with my bank Account.Now the question is,can I send money abroad through my Paypal Account which has zero balance.I mean to say transfer of money from my Bank Account to my friend in USA or UK.Is it possible?How?

No, you can't send money to any person abroad from your Bank Account through Paypal.Paypal has no authority over your Bank Account. For any transaction from your Account, you have to submit a mandate form to the Banks duly signed by you.The Bank will not approve it as PayPal is foreign entity.

Hey i actually was having this question in my mind too. Thanks for the information. So you mean to say even if i intend to withdraw my cash other way round,i.e,from bank to pp, its impossible. So if someone manages to hack my pp account and if i have a 0$ balance, m safe still rite?
