Can I make a loan in my offshore company?


I know there need to be money on the company's account but say there is, will it be legit to do so?

Yes you can it is perfectly legit in most of the offshore jurisdictions for instant‌ like Cyprus, Seychelles, Belize and so on.

Just make sure that you make proper loan‍ documents which are certified by an attorney or certified accountants.

One reason would be, "because you can make a loan in the offshore company", many countries in the EU don't allow the owner or the director of a company‌ to make a loan in the company! Other reasons would be that it is a‍ tool to lift out money without to pay personal tax if done correctly.
