Hello everyone,
Can anyone recommend a reliable service provider for a BVI company. We are looking for company passive directorship services (sign a couple of contracts annualy and dividend disbursements).

I repeat I searched them before posting the thread. OffshoreBVI have crazy⁤ requirements such as access to all accounts, reporting of all transactions and so on. They⁣ are not an agent I want to deal with. I am in contact with Turner.⁢ There were other providers that I’ve found using the forum some are not working anymore,︀ some just have crazy prices for the amount of work I need. Thats why I’ve︁ asked again, times change maybe a new one popped up.

I don't think⁢ many new players will emerge in this field. What you might find are resellers constantly︀ popping up, but you don’t want to work with them.

Registering a BVI company has been very difficult for the average Joe for years. I‌ tried it 6 years ago and already then gave up. Too much KYC, DD and‍ questions.

With the right service provider it’s not that pain⁠ in the a*s. Where did you go to when you gave up?

I used the above provider, they also offer Seychelles, Belize‍ and many other jurisdictions. Back then I did a lot of Seychelles & Belize companies⁠ with them, so I gave it a try with a BVI, stopped it almost before⁤ I got started.

For BVI and nominees I used Astra Trust, they deliver⁠ fast and for reasonable fees. Nominees were good as well (not seychelles/belize ones that can⁤ be spotted from the mile away).
