I am still learning but from my small experience it seems BVI has much better‌ reputation overall.

Also Bahamas is in the EU's blacklisted jurisdictions list. My lawyer strongly advices‍ against going for any country listed there. At least we are in the EU, not⁠ sure if that matters that much for you.

Both have garbage reputation. I live in one remember...lol.

No chance....The PM for BVI was arrested last year for drug trafficking.

Bahamas could also get blow back over FTX and down the line Tether.

I would think⁠ carefully about using either without a clear plan to cover banking etc.
