We plan to make a company at BVI.

If we sell live webinars to EU citizens, do we have to pay VAT?

Looks like we don't, asking to be sure.

Live Webinars are not ”˜Electronically supplied services' (in term of EU VAT changes of 2015).

Automated teaching services are. But not live webinars where humans play an essential role.
