Thank you for all your information on the forum!

Hence I got some quotes for a BVI company with nominee director & shareholder including all the fees.

Please advise that is it possible for me to change the deal after one or few year, properly I will cancel the Nominee Director or some additional service to lower the annual fee in the mean time. If I purchase nominee director service, do I have to use nominee shareholder service?

You can change the director and shareholder at any time and as often you like,‌ however, please be aware of that there are costs involved each time.

Please elaborate on this.

Thank you. What I meant to say was that I only need the director not‌ the shareholder but is it mandatory to have both?

No defiantly NO, you don't need to appoint both a shareholder and director if you‌ only need the director! That's two different service which don't need to be order consecutive.‍

It is actually always possible to change directors, shareholders and the board at any time,‌ just be aware that you have to pay fees for the changes.

yes, it is not required the company must have director and shareholder at the same‌ time, you could be a director but have no shareholder is also ok.

I actually on the out for a Belize or Seychelles company I discontinued with the‌ BVI.

How did it went out for your with the Belize or Seychelles company? I mean,‌ what went out for you to be the best?
