BVI Company formation how is it compared to Cyprus for an online merchant?

I was wondering what would be the benefit for an online merchant to incorporate a BVI company that is accepted by most payment service providers in Europe?


I would like to compare the BVI with for instant a Cyprus company.

You will be able to apply for a merchant account with BVI company.

I asked this question in the other forum and waiting for reply.‍ If a BVI company can apply for a merchant account it will open a door⁠ to transfer moeny between a onshore entity and offshore entity and terminat tax 🙂

I have been in touch with Streamline in the UK they are ok with BVI‌ company.
