BVI company dealing with EU customers

The company is providing contractor services and consulting. If it deals with EU customers from what I got dealing B2B, reverse charge mechanism is applied. What about if it deals B2C how will the company pay VAT to EU? The company mainly does web3 development and consulting. The company gets paid using stablecoins.

The stablecoin aspect is conditional.

VAT, you need to charge to the Customer as additional VAT cost.
