If you have no tie to UAE and your⁤ company is new with no activity then it's a dead duck.

I sell units for⁣ crypto and it's a face to face transaction. You can purchase something now with crypto⁢ and put it back on the market tomorrow. Wait for it to sell and then︀ you can deposit the cheque in the bank.

It's a risk but one that will︁ pay off IF you buy in the right place.

What about Dubai land department charges?
4% fees can be paid‌ in cash or seller paid that amount.

Can whole transactions done in using crypto ?‍
Without having bank account ??
All charges?????
