Just find the guy who would sell it for cash. But then you might be facing some issues when you want to cash it out because you will also have to provide the source of the funds.

@OP you could do offshore bank acct + 3D secure card attached...
Send funds to offshore bank, purchase crypto with card, then funnel crypto to cold storage..
