Buying Crypto via US LLC without exchange

HI there,

Can you suggest be the best way for my US companies to Buy Crypto/mainly stable coins apart from the exchange. If OTC Desks please do recommend few if possible. I dont mind doing the Kyc. Only difficult portion is to get the kyc through. All my documentation seems fine but I still get rejected for reasons beyond me.

Any help would be highly appreciated

Buy directly from the stable coin provider with bank transfer i.e USDC from Circle.

Gemini, They were not happy with my source of funds for some reason :/
They were literally funded by my personal savings account to the company account.

Thats not a source of funds. You will continue to get issues unless you have a proper source of funds i.e how was money generated you moved from personal account to company account.

From my income through business which clearly states in the statement. I had given the right documentation stating where the income comes from

Do you own or work for that business? Is the business a normal company in first world country i.e not a Nevis company?

Don't keep blowing chances applying everywhere without first figuring out why you are being rejected. If you explain in detail I can probably determine where you are going wrong.

P.S What might seem clear to you may not if your in shoes of a regulated entity looking at your SOF.

Hi I did re=reply to the rejected email, and explained everything clearly in detail and they reversed their decision and I have successfully got the account approved now !
