Hello OffshoreCorpTalk. I'm likely gonna be receiving a bulk of Visa gift cards soon, and I'm planning on cashing all of them out to Monero. Do any of you guys know of any exchange where I can do this without identification? Thanks.

This is basic money laundering. You're going to need something more solid than a crypto‌ exchange to dump the cards into, and plenty of identities to verify.

You can buy gift cards like amazon itunes and sell them for monero high fees.‌
otherwise i think its easier to find a site which accepts VISA for btc than‍ for monero. Then convert the BTC to monero.

That's pretty much impossible. It‍ will probably cost you less to just create different payment gateways, pay to yourself and⁠ then buy XMR.

If you buy below 400 €/$ you can buy with credit card without ID -‌ anywhere else you will have to provide ID unless you use some of the gray‍ area services which actually are not licensed to do so.
