Also Advcash offer some very strange way of OTC / cash deals (in 3-4 countries)‌
However they are very secretive about it and the commission is quite high. I have‍ no experience, I just know it exists and some people use it.

+1 for AdvCash they can receive and send SEPA as well as crypto so you‌ can do exactly what it is you are looking for.

It is not large amount at all, so OTC or p2p not needed. HodlHodl looks‌ more dead than alive, I see just a few offers there and no wire payment‍ methods. Cryptoexchange would be fine too, but I know many banks do not like transactions⁠ to cryptoexchanges that's why EMI or some less known exchange service is more preferable.

I know Advcash, yes their crypto fees are rather high, but they strictly require address verification.⁤

hmm actually just in case, you can use a bank statement as proof‌ of address, just put the same address than the one registered at your bank and‍ you will pass kyc everywhere.
