Business PayPal account limited (requires Utility bill)

Hey , folks!

I bet everyone of you have faced a problem when it comes to verify your residence address with utility bill.

The main issue that I have been using a US paypal but I am not residing in US.

I am just wondering, what if I will provide a fake address? For example:

2323 Race St
Philadelphia, PA 19103

Will they go and check if I am really residing there? How will they verify my utility bill? If anyone can help me to get high quality fake utility bill , I would appreciate that.

Is the paypal in the name of a US LLC company, or your own name?
Do they specifically ask for Utility bill, a bank statement can not do it? Bank statement works for Hong Kong Paypal..

They are specifically asking for utility bill for the address where I reside. I put in PayPal US number of CA state so logically it means I'm residing in CA, so I need an utility bill , but I'm afraid if the will go and check if really residing there or they are tightly connected with government and be able to check all information i provide , or utility bill will have A QR code..

They asked few documents:
* Documents registration - uploaded;
* Utility bill from my residence address - need;

I am not sure. Because I put my LLC - EIN then company name. I guess it is for my US LLC Company.
