Once I have registered, how do I get access to online banking?

Will I receive‌ a letter in the post or will I receive an e-mail with a one-time password?‍

I've been using Blackcatcard for just under a year, no problems at all.

But there‌ is no SEPA instant transfer & the app looks like 10 years old, but otherwise‍ it works perfectly.

I wonder why did they choose that name Papaya, nice fruit but sounds a bit‌ unserious especially for a finance company.
