I sent test transfer on Friday, money not returned, but to balance didn't come as well‌ rof/%

Fiat to crypto using their service, then successfully sent to external wallet.
Under €10k so no big deal. Never keep much more than that on any bank!

That's what I'm comfortable to lose and I don't have any reason to keep a higher balance. Whenever I need to send a bigger payment, I convert from crypto and immediately send fiat out of the bank.

So do you guys reckon it's safe to use? I want to deposit weekly 5k‌ euro into BlackCatCard and convert to crypto. But after this I am a bit more‍ skeptical to use them. What might be a better alternative?
