its not late yet, it will be merely a blip on the chart once BTC hits 1M+ by end of this decade.
Similar to pre 2017 looks like on todays chart.

These are interesting threads where the Bitcoin price at the time of posting is mentioned. It makes it easy to compare and get a sense of the market. Since the thread was posted, Bitcoin has increased by nearly $30K, and back then, people thought it was over.
