Hello guys,
Is anyone here had a problem with a Binance ?
My bank rejected my withdraw from Binance and returned the funds back. But Binance is still holding my money with no reason.

I tried support calling but it seems there is nobody working in there

How to resolve this ??

Binance is professionel. What do you mean by holding your funds? Ofcourse they will when‌ you shitty bank don't cooperate and return the funds to binance? You must blaim your‍ bank, not binance. You can go this route instead: Binance ----> Revolut ----> Your shitty⁠ bank. That will work out.

Then why are they holding the funds for no reason for a week.
A lot‌ of people complain about the work of Binance.

And also, there support is non existent‍ !

They actually have very good support. Try contacting them⁠ via live chat directly on their site. Sometimes they respond to you within minutes but⁤ it can also take hours if they are too busy.
