This may sound heartless but I think "good" when people on CEXs lose money, because they helped enable the power grab over us all, and maybe now they will rub two brain cells together and realize this isn't a good idea. The trouble is, they won't. The term "sheep" really does fit the masses.

Regardless, I think Binance said no customers will be losing money from this hack.

They have enough money in their dirty fucking pockets to pay everyone back, of course

There it goes, 6bn stolen. Largest heist of all time.

These North Koreans going to build some nice nukes with all that dough.
This is NO North Korea! I'm NOT buying this BS story anymore!
This is our intelligence that are robbing us. They got every AML/KYC documents and backdoor. We then ask them: "Who robbed us?" They answer, but of course: "North Korea!" 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

F*ck that! They did it! This is the new version of the Iran Contra! They can all go f*ck themselves with that BS story! 😎😎😎😎😎

I said what I said! 🤣🤣🤣

I hope it is, but I'm afraid it's not.
Kim would certainly make better use of $6bn than any US 3-letters agency. The U.S. government spends approximately $845 million every single hour, while Pyongyang would get a much needed boost with that money. For example they could finally complete the Ryugyong Hotel!

Binance was always considered very safe because of their very high profit margin, they could build up a large reserve with years of market manipulation, also likely half the world's crypto users were using it.
Most of my friends were using them like a private wallet, they kept saying if anything happens with Binance, CZ will bail it out so almost no risk holding the coins there, and if there is a market opportunity they can act faster than if their coins is in a private wallet.

Now that they are basically out of the EU market, I don't think they can build up a big reserve easily again.
Everyone knew they will survive the first big hack, but if there were a second big hack in the coming years, they would be in very big trouble.
