I need some help, what is the best way to order a multi kayer offshore company structure / setup?

Will I need to do a business plan and provide a diagram of the setup? Would it be best to order one offshore company with one CSP and the other with another CSP and so on?

At least you will want to do some research and go into details with someone‌ to plan the structure I would day.

Consultancy, Consultancy and lots of research will be required i'm into it and I can‌ tell you it is a lot of reading.

I agree with Arturos! Chatting with an offshore specialist should be your first stop and‌ cross referencing any advice with as many knowledge banks as possible will confirm the credibility‍ of any advice sought. It is quite easy to place multiple orders with a single csp but it is more important to be sure that your solution is as simple⁤ as it could be while maintaining its effectiveness. Sometimes simple is better.

Most often my local tax consultant don't want to speak about going offshore or offshore‌ company setups!

hartmut - find another tax consultant! Your adviser(s) is there to serve your needs not‌ theirs! However, a really good offshore specialist will give you impartial advice and direct you‍ through the purchase process and explain benefits and risks of each recommendation they provide.

I have same trouble with my tax firm, they refuse to help me in setting‌ up a offshore company. They say only bad guys use offshore company and it is‍ tax evasion.

Seems your not alone. This is the second or 3rd time I read it. Find a other tax consultant.

Thank you all for reply. I have found out that this was a little to‌ big for me. I scaled down my setup to include a Seychelles IBC and Cyprus‍ bank account for now. Later I will setup something bigger but I want to get a feeling with this first.
