Now ending 2014 I was wondering what the best tax setup for our location is.


We are located in Spain, our annual income is 900k euro growing fast. Our business is online, we donøt have any warehouse or customers coming into our office.


I read a Seychelles Company and banking in Cyprus is the most comon answer.. is there a other solution?

What's up with your other setups? Bermuda and Bahamas don't they Work any longer?


Personally speaking, I have a huge setup similar to what you describe in your newest thread. I.e. holding in Seychelles and Trading in Cyprus is a great beginner setup which may Work for most.

My Seychelles, Belize and Isle of Man offshore setup still goes strong. Have been banking in Cyprus since 2011, in Latvia and Andora since 2013 no problems at all 🙂

For your business I would defiantly recommend Cyprus.

Belize + Mauritius banking or BVI Company and Cyprus + belize bank account or Cyprus Company with Seychelles, cyprus, belize, Mauritius bank account. Options are many and almost endless.
