Best Tax-Efficient Setup for a Malta Resident Earning Salary + Freelance Income

I'm a Malta resident, registered as a full-time employee earning approximately €70,000 gross per year. In addition to this, I offer consultancy services in my spare time, and I'm forecasting around €150,000 in additional income this year from these freelance activities.

I'm not considering physically relocating abroad.

If you can increase your profit, the 5% Malta tax would definitely make sense, but‌ you will need a couple of companies.
