i need your help for this situation:

We have a RAK Freezone with funds and want to found a Ireland LTD (sister company) with Office in Austria.

Can a RAK Freezone found a Ireland LTD ?
Can RAK invest some funds for start of the Ireland LTD ?
Do we need to disclose all informations about owners of RAK to Austria Authorities ?
Do the RAK owners need to be here in Austria when founding the Ireland LTD?
Ireland LTD can trade with Cyrpto Business ?
Ireland LTD opens MisterTango Account possible ?

The Ireland Ltd will do have business in austria/⁣ EU with office and pay local taxes.

If we cant setup the Ireland LTD as⁢ sister-company, we can get payments from RAK FZE to our company ?
