Where can I find registered agent for SC IBA. Looks like company we used to register IBC in SC is out of business. I want to appoint new agent but I have no clue how to find. Can someone recommend me.

BTW do‍ you know how long can company be without registered agent or to know online status⁠ for SC IBA?

You will always need a registered agent for this purpose!

As @uplana says, you must keep the agent in existence at all times.
