I have encountered a problem: too many people wasting my time and it seems like they are trying to steal a business idea instead of buying a website.

So how do you sell your online business websites?
Do you use any communities? Facebook groups?

Share your experience. I will be grateful.

Are there any solid alternatives to Flippa? (preferably for a business related to the sale‌ of a digital product).

If you're serious about selling your business, it's important to be ready to share all‌ the key details , how it's set up, the initial investment, how you built and‍ currently operate it, and what someone would need to keep it running successfully. From a buyer’s perspective, they want reassurance that it’s a real, sustainable business , not just a⁤ quick flip or worse, a potential scam.

At the same time, legitimate buyers should already⁣ have a solid understanding of the niche. If they’re asking a ton of basic questions,⁢ there’s a good chance they’re either just curious or trying to fish for ideas rather︀ than make a real offer.

If you’re looking for a more effective approach, I’d suggest︁ making a list of your direct competitors and reaching out to them. Even if they’re︂ not interested in buying, they might offer valuable feedback, advice, or even point you in︃ the direction of someone who is. Building those relationships can go a long way.

Flippa and Empireflippers are big platforms, but typically full of crap. I only ever used‌ them for site ideas and to see what was copyable. Mostly just garbage Amazon sites.‍ Haven't looked there in a long time.

https://www.feinternational.com/ is one option. Not used them but they were meant to be decent a few years back.

One thing is that they only accept‍ medium and large businesses with an estimated value from 6-7 figures, and not small online businesses with $$k asking prices.

You are right⁣ about details, but this is own online software business (not "garbage Amazon sites"), so everything⁢ is as transparent and clear as possible.

OCT is not really the place to sell a website unless it is real and‌ a company behind it with real audited tax reports.

Do you sell the websites as a service / business, I‍ mean it is not a single business you sell you make this as a living ?

No, I'm looking to sell several of my projects, each of them is‍ a separate online business with its own digital product (software), clients, website, orders page, contact page, admin panel, clients panel, etc. Clients buy ready-made software for their websites.
I hope⁤ you understand what I mean.
