Best places to live for Offshore-Companies?

Youl like to know if someone has or still live in the Bahamas? I have heard it's perfectly easy to move there, no requirements at all only a few thousand dollars in kickback for the authorities there..

I personally know a guy who went to the Bahamas and still living there. It was pretty easy for him to startup there. All he was doing was to incorporate a company there (Nassau) and then move there to tell the auth. that he is a director of that company and do it for his living. All is fine.
