Best place to regster company for trading Bitcoins, Gold etc?

Where would you suggest to register a new offshore company for the purpose to trade Bitcoins, Gold, Diamonds and other expensive stuff?

I wan't it to be less difficult in regards to accounting, licensing, financial reports and all this boring stuff?

I would setup something like this in a trustworthy country and do what is required‌ in regards to accounting and stuff to look legit towards customers.
