Hi

Can you recommend the best offshore setup for run my affiliate websites and pay the minimum tax

I'm French citizen based in Thailand (5 years) , they pay me from an US company (Delaware). I'm not willing to relocate physically.

Monltly winnings between 20k-30k

The "minimum" tax is zero. Do you want to⁤ pay zero tax, or are you willing to pay something in order to look more⁣ legit and maybe open bank accounts more easily?

Also, regardless of where you incorporate, your⁢ country of residence (Thailand) may impose CFC rules which will treat your offshore setup as︀ if it were a local company, for tax purposes, specially if you incorporate in a︁ tax haven. So it's not that simple, you must check out Thailand's CFC rules.

Do they have requirements to where bank accounts should be located, or if the bank‌ account should be in the same country as the company.
A US llc might work,‍ if they can accept a w8-ben for the company, and if you can fly to⁠ us to open an account.

I am⁢ ok to pay a little tax and be legit. After a bit research it's look︀ like Thailand has no CFC rules (maybe i'm wrong)

You could setup a company in the UK (as already suggested) Seychelles with EMI (0%‌ tax) or Cyprus and Malta. The cheapest if it can work for you is definitely‍ the Seychelles company setup.

I guess Thailand has territorial taxation, so if you are truly a tax resident of‌ Thailand then your worldwide income from USA for your non-thai affiliate websites (not selling to‍ Thai in Thailand| should be fine. Check this with some tax experts in Thai.
Socialist France has got very aggressive tax laws against tax evasion so check and make sure⁠ you are not tied with France anymore.
