Best offshore magazine and/or publication?

Hey guys,

I read awhile back that a good way to learn more about the offshore world is to read offshore magazines and publications. Granted what I was reading was fairly dated...

Are offshore magazines and publications still a thing? if so, can anyone recommend any? Perhaps other websites useful for learning about the offshore world?
