I need to know who is the best offshore law firm available for international businesses?


We are working with a Panamanian company to work for us as subcontractor, we are almost finish but need a law firm to approve the contract but take into account applicable laws of our local company and offshore company.

I found a lawyer but he asked for 10k upfront, we didn't paid the sum‌ but visited the country and solved the issues there.
