Best offshore bank account for online business?

I want to know what is the best offshore bank account in your opinion?


I don't want huge introducer fees
I don't want huge min. deposits

The bank must approve online business and have English Internet banking and debit card Visa/MC

The bank need to open accounts without personal visit and preferable without video chat.

Any suggestions?

I'm looking for the same.. have an account with almost all banks mentioned here i.e. several banks in Cyprus, Euro Pacific, EMI accounts in process with CIM bank and working with a Russian bank. Bank of Mauritius account is old I opened it for almost 4 years ago where it was possible.

I`ve been working in banking for years, only thing I can think of for this is USA and I guess from what I`ve gathered on this site some Cyprus banks?

English Online banking
Debit Card
Remote
Low fees
Low deposits
Online business

Only thing I can think of is US based....

Unless you're working with Leupay I can't find a solution. I looked really hard for 18 months. Most merchants won't touch you offshore.
