Best method for using company for selling on Amazon ?

I'm non-US , I can't use personal account for selling on Amazon - what's best method for selling on USA Amazon as a company ?

interested aswell a friend told me doesn't matter from which country you are registered you‌ can still sell to the USA not sure if that's true

yes but usually it would make more sense for the algorithm to favor inland sellers‌ from amazons pov if assuring quality was a priority , but in that particular case‍ it seems like it's beneficial for sellers like me which are not in the US⁠

Get a company + biz bank acct attached...company and bank details used as seller on⁠ AMZ acct..

Bank acct should be with swift facility as well as USD denominated, which⁤ caters to US as well as outside US Jurisdictions.

What is the problem with the selling on Amazon? Are there any restrictions on country‌ or something?
