Behind the computers you guys are all lions! I was talking‍ about a serious structure, I wasn't looking for @GiGoGo proposing me to setup a us⁠ company in Delaware; it's a solution that is being sold everywhere and from everyone.

Unfortunately here it looks that if you don't accept their‍ proposal (same proposal you can find for free anywhere and that's completely different from the⁠ structure I'm looking to build) you're not a good person.
For example I had a⁤ meeting with a (paid) consultant and I was offered 2 proposals (that are more suitable⁣ for me) > Trust in Wyoming or South Dakota.
