Best exchanges with IBAN/SEPA withdrawals?

I'm currently using Kraken to withdraw fiat to my bank account. Their processing is very fast. Can anyone recommend any other good exchanges that work with SEPA transfers, have fast withdrawals and don't KYC/AML you to death?

I say binance and coinbase both can work the same, don't know about the KYC‌ and AML processes.
