Best EMI account to open anonymous account with?

I'm using AdvanceCash and LeuPay with great success!

LeuPay.eu but you need to figure out how to get the card or letter to‌ confirm the account! It seems not so easy!!! Much easier with Some of the other‍ EMI's!

Do you know if any‌ of this EMI can be a third party gateway credit card processor? I know advcash‍ can be used as a gateway for some kind of payments, but I don't know⁠ if they accept credit card payments.

This Sogexia.com service looks very good but if they don't respond to support tickets or‌ other account problems we may have I can't use them! 🙁
