best crypto debit card platform ?

looking for normal kyc procedure , platform aimed to world wide customers , solid support and not famous at closing accounts .

please exclude services like advcash from countries like russia ,lithuania so on.

if it's swiss platform that's a plus

You can look at wirexapp. For Swiss you can look at Aximetria. But Aximetria‌ is debitcard funding not spending...its not clear which direction your asking for conf/(%.

i installed Aximetria app its very tricky because google policy , now i expected to‌ verify my phone numbers the sms from Aximetria are not received .
