@Hans Hoffmann I seem not be able to PM you, not enough posts I guess.‌ Anyways, setting up an IT company in Georgia sounds interesting to me so I can‍ save on taxes.
Doubts: what are the running costs on a yearly basis (renewal fees,⁠ accounting, registered address etc)
I would basically always outside of Georgia with clients. Would that⁤ work?

From a friend, he didn't have problems moving money from EU to Georgia, but for‌ a Mount's bigger than 10k eur the EU bank start to ask questions.

Yes it would work. There are no renewal/cgs⁣ fees, since its local resident company. The main problem which you would face moneywise is⁢ that youll need Georgian accauntant, which will be 200-300 usd per month. I dont pay︀ for my address (got lucky) and also I am not located in Georgia.
