Best Country to Setup an Holding Company for a Maltese trading company

what do you think is the most effective country to setup a holding company to benefit from the Maltese tax rebate?

Is the Uk a good option since its tax exemption on all the dividends coming from subsidiaries?

A UK holding could be an option, yes.

I would look into a Cyprus og Estonian Holding company, as I read from many of the other threads that is the most legit tax beneficial setup for such a structure.

It is generally recommended to set up a holding company in a different jurisdiction than your trading company's for liability protection.

It would also depend on what you would like to accomplish with this holding company.
