Best country in 2018 to register an offshore company

The problem may be with the bank account opening (just something I thought about) there‌ may be banks that don't accept St. Kitts companies?

Most of it is standard and all required documents can you get with your agent!‌

I just don't understand if they will accept for instant Seychelles, Belize or St. Kitts‍ companies?

St Kitts
Curacao
Cayman Islands.
