Best country for Tunisia tax resident

Hey, guys!

Where should a tax resident of Tunisia register a company to save maximum taxes?
The company will provide marketing services to a client in Germany. The annual income is around EUR 100.000. Currently services are provided by Tunisian company.
I was thinking between UAE or Estonia/Bulgaria. Would be grateful for any suggestions.

If you form a company outside of Tunisia but remain resident in Tunisia, the company‌ also becomes tax resident in Tunisia and has to pay taxes like a local Tunisian‍ company.

Of course, you might be able to get away with it for a while,⁠ as tax enforcement isn't very effective and predictable in Tunisia. But you would be technically⁤ doing something that's illegal, which one day might catch up with you.

So it's better⁣ if you can find a way to leave Tunisia.
