Best company to manage a creation Offshore

Hello everyone,

I'm creating a Crypto-company with our own token and we're looking for creating an Offshore company, we've looked on different places like BVI, IoM or Singapour between others, so we'd like to contract a company to manage it as soon as possible. We prefer to pay a higher price but to have the best possible service. Do you know any company that would be reliable to do this kind of job?

What kind of crypto activities? Will you be licensed? Do you need fiat on/off ramps,‌ or pure crypto? DeFi?
