So, why not try to develop a reasoning on a use other than a mere financial instrument for managing third party funds?

I'm talking to MIDAO looking to wrap a legal entity for a DAO.
The thread is very helpful, unfortunately, it missed the direction.

Nowadays we have a few options of DAO being 2 or 3 in US (avoid), Marshall, and maybe Panama Foundation.
