Belize IBC or LLC to wholly own Wy LLC by Nominee Signature

Guys to have anonymous Belize corp sign purchase agreement by Nominee for Wyoming LLC as wholly-owned subsidiary, does this have to be IBC or can this be done with LLC (cant find definitive answer).

Also, is there any site where I can see examples of Articles for "protection by swap Manager/Director when threatened" and "Corp to pay personal legal/travel expenses in business/product related litigation" and "Buyout by Texas shoot-out" kind of things?
