Scenario1


Belize holding company owns BVI company for trading


Scenario2


Seychelles holding company owns Cyprus company for trading.

If the exercise is to prevent anyone to know who you are then "Scenario 2"‌ is what you will want to go for. I can only hardly see why one‍ will go for the other offshore countries any longer while it won't give any privacy⁠ any longer. Regardless of what people say and what you read, FACT IS the Seychelles⁤ are not very well liked by the OECD because they refused to sign all the⁣ DTA's and TIEAs which most of the other offshore jurisdictions have done, so for now⁢ it is still the most secure place to incorporate offshore. Things will change thats for︀ sure, but until then you can safeharbor in the Seychelles!
