I am definitely interested in establishing a financial institution in Belize. I would like to use a nominee shareholder service as well. In case of directors, I will send you a CVs of my proposals. I hope that you will be able to judge if those person will be acceptable from Belize regulator.


In my plan, the Belize company will be an owner of Cyprus company. When it will be possible for Belize company to become an share holder of another company?

I want to use the Belize company as a financial instruments supplier, and then sell it thru Cyprus broker only company to EU citizens. It is much cheaper and easier to do it in that way, instead of register full licensed Financial Institution in Cyprus.

Okay, sure, no problem all clear. Once the Belize company is established / registered we can register a Cyprus company where the Belize company is director and shareholder of the Cyprus entity.


You don't need us to register the Cyprus company, but for sure we would like to do it and quote you for the same.
