Bankers reference letter to open offshore bank account, what is it?

I need to know what a "bankers reference letter" is and where I can get it?


Why does all banks now a days ask for this reference letter when I ask them to open a bank account for me?

You can find a sample of the "bankers reference letter" here /offshore-applications/cclogic-reference-letter.pdf if you need it, please ask your bank to provide you such. Some banks will only provide it directly to the requesting bank.
