Bankera Account Setting Up

Does anyone here have any experience with Bankera, been trying to set up an account for circa 1 yr lol, mainly because I've not been in a hurry.

Had a notification today that there was an update on my verification, logged in and it states on the verification page the following. I did re-do the questionnaire also (which was weird).

I then go to my main page and noticed this (which wasn't like that before).

Note: I've never used it.

The few times I've tried with them, onboarding has been so dreadfully slow that I/we‌ managed to open accounts with multiple other institutions in the meantime.

I never had any problems with Bankera. Also, they are crypto friendly (not like many‌ others)
They might be slower at verification, but they are more flexible and prices are‍ good
In this case I think you just need renew verification and all will be⁠ good

It seems that their main business model is to earn 450€ from applicants.
