I don’t doubt the legitimacy of the service, my problem is receiving fiat from an unknown entity.
Yeah you can probably get more info when contacting the exchange via telegram/live chat . I would recommend using it for smaller sums e.g exchanging money to a sberbank for monthly rent/groceries etc .. . For larger sums I would just use exchange to cash .
I've used Perfect Money a long time ago, more than a decade so I can't vouch for them now but the list has reputable exchanges. A lot of them can be found on Best Change too. No need to use PM at all when dealing︀ with these exchanges, of course due diligence is needed just like with everything else.
