Doesn't exist. The risk is always there for closure even when on your best behavior.‌ Hence best to use multiple banks or EMI's.

What do you consider a significant turnover? You may not fit risk appetite for some‌ EMI's or even banks for example just because of volume.

Under EU 5th AML Directive these type of verification‍ are required since Jan 2020. I wrote a post about it below. Other EMI type⁠ entities outside EU may not require them and some shady EMI's in EU may not⁤ have yet implemented these changes.
